Mountain Speedway Raises Free Admission Age
Mountain Speedway has recently announced that children,
ages 10 and under will be admitted to the races for free
this season.
In years past, children 6 and under were free, but this
season track management has increased the “free age” to
ten years of age and younger. In other words, a family
of four, including two ten-year old children will be
admitted for a cost of $28, as opposed to $42.
“It was a good decision to increase the age for free
admission”, said speedway co-promoter, Mike Odwazny.
“Children are the future of our sport and it’ll help put
a few more dollars back in the pockets of their parents
as well”.
Aside from the free admission, children will also have
the opportunity to win prizes, receive gifts from give
aways or participate in big wheel races throughout the
season. There are many other activities planned,
especially for the children who enroll in the Custom
Classic Trucks “Little Racers Club”.
