Enduro point’s explanation:
Every driver that starts the event will receive 25 points, regardless of their
finish. On top of that, each driver will receive points, which will be based on
the number of cars that take the green flag. For example, if 50 cars start, the
winner of the race will receive 50 points plus 25 points (75 total). Second place will get 49 points
plus 25 points (74 total),
third will receive 48 points plus 25 points (73 points), fourth will get 47 points
plus 25 points (72 total) and so on. The points
will be tabulated over the course of the seven-race schedule.

Sundance Vacations Speedway is a 1/3 mile asphalt
oval located in the beautiful mountains of northeast Pennsylvania.
The speedway hosts exciting stock car racing every weekend from
April to October, making it one of NEPA's premier entertainment
attractions.
